Philosophy of Music Education
My Philosophy of Education comes from seeing teaching as more than a job. It feels like a calling to inspire and serve the next generation. I believe teachers carry a real weight in the classroom, because students need a place where they feel respected, supported, and safe. My approach leans mainly toward progressivism, with small pieces of existentialism and essentialism woven in. I picture a classroom where students explore ideas on their own, ask questions, solve problems together, and grow through collaboration, while I guide and mentor them. Patience and genuineness shape the way I teach. At the core of my philosophy is the belief that the most important thing a teacher can do is inspire students, and it helps to have a strong team working beside me.
